Finding Strength in Weakness: A Reflection

In moments of doubt, finding strength becomes paramount. I asked God to make me strong, and in those times, I realized the importance of finding strength within myself.

so that I could achieve everything I wanted…

But God made me weak,

so that I could learn humility. Through this journey, finding strength in unexpected ways was essential.

I asked God for good health,

so that I could do greater things…

But God gave me frailty,

so that I could do more meaningful things. And during these times, finding strength was a constant endeavor.

I prayed to become rich,

so that I could be happy…

But I was given poverty as a gift,

so that I might become a wiser person.

I asked for talent,

so that I could receive people’s praise…

But I was given a sense of inferiority,

so that I would feel my need for God.

I asked God for everything,

so that I could fully enjoy life…

But God gave me life itself,

so that I might enjoy all things. In the end, finding strength through these gifts became my true blessing.

I did not receive a single thing I asked for…

yet I was given everything I truly needed.

Though I am a small and insignificant being,

God heard every unspoken prayer of my heart. Finding strength in this realization fills me with gratitude.

Of all people,

I am the one most blessed.
